The exterior of the MAIN building, designed to resemble stacked wooden boxes, is made of woodgrain Artellion. The shadows of the woodgrain can be seen from afar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the quiet, bustling town of Daikanyama.
Taking advantage of the characteristics of aluminium, it can be processed into a variety of shapes suitable for architecture.
Because the printing is done directly on the aluminium plate, the colour and pattern will stay in place even when it is bent. Unlike cut panels, no undercoat is required, which offers cost benefits.
・We recommend using 2mm thick plate material for bending.
・We recommend verifying the processing prior to mass production.
- When cutting the plate, we recommend touching up the edges with ambient-drying fluorine paint.
